A judge in Seattle on Friday issued a temporary restraining order to President Trump’s travel ban last Friday, and this restraining order was upheld by a higher court on Sunday. President Trump unhappy with the courts said he couldn’t this “so-called judge” would  “put our country in such peril.” Given the court rulings the past weekend it seems that the courts might be the greatest challenge to Trump. Which underlies the importance of each Supreme Court nominee and it will be fascinating to see just how much Democrats push back against Neil Gorsuch, Trump’s Supreme Court nominee.
