Attack On Berlin Shopping Center Kills Twelve

At least 12 people are dead and several others injured after a cargo van drove into a Christmas market in central Berlin. Video footage reveals a gruesome scene where people were scattered on the ground and the shopping stalls were destroyed. Police believe the attack was deliberate, akin to a Nice terror attack that killed more than 80 people earlier this year. Earlier this month police stopped a 12-year-old Iraqi boy from trying to blow up another Christmas market.  At time of writing, the driver in this attack is still on the run.
