In Memoriam: The Life Of Shimon Peres

Former Israeli Prime Minister, President and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Shimon Peres died late Tuesday night after suffering a stroke earlier this month. Peres was one of Israel’s most popular leaders due to his role as one of Israel’s founding fathers, his efforts in the peace process and his centrist stance vis-a-vis current Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.
