Microsoft Wants To Connect With You On LinkedIn
Microsoft announced that it is acquiring LinkedIn, the social network where people are just shouting their resumes at each other. The software giant made the big move into enterprise social media for a cool $26.2 billion, or $196 per share, in cash. The transaction feels like a win-win for the two companies and has already been approved by both boards, but the acquisition still must get regulatory approval.
